We can provide a complete package to administrate your company's network and computers remotely from our office by using Remote Access using the Internet saving your company unnecessary downtime. No more unnecessary waiting for someone to come and fix problems on-site when it can be handled remotely, thus saving your company and employees precious time and revenue.
2. On-Site Network Administration and Desktop Support
Our certified engineers are available to assist you in administration and trouble shooting of your company's network and computer problems whether it is a hardware or software issue at your office.

Terms and Service Agreements

The Initial Service Agreement defines the terms of how All-N-1 Tech Services does business. It is the only form that is required before we can perform services on your behalf.

We offer an Annual Service Agreement in which you agree to purchase a minimum number of hours within a 12-month period. This agreement offers a significant discount of our standard rates.

If you need more hours than you purchased under the Annual Service Agreement, the additional hours are billed at the same discounted rate.

In addition, if you renew your Annual Service Agreement within 30 days of its expiration, your discounted rate will remain the same, regardless of any increases to our time-and-materials rates.

As long as you remain covered by an Annual Service Agreement, your rates will NEVER increase.

The Managed Service Agreement is an optional addendum to the Annual Service Agreement, and the Service Level Agreement is value-added benefit included at no cost with all Managed Service Agreements.

In addition, we’re open to discussing flat-fee arrangements for projects, as well as creative forms of payment. We accept checks and credit cards via PayPal.

Any and all information gathered by our offices sales, service, or accounting departments will be kept strictly confidential and will not be traded, sold, or disclosed to any third party of any form without the written consent of the customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to imminent harm to the customer or others).
